What Duke does
Answers
@-mention Duke in the group. If the question matches something you've approved, he answers it word for word. If it's close, he answers in his own words from your notes only. If he doesn't know, he says so and logs it.
Learns
DM him /unanswered to see what members asked that he couldn't answer. Tap one, type the answer, approve. He answers it himself from then on. /feed adds a Q&A directly.
